Paper Reliefs

The series of paper reliefs was the part of my diploma project at Masaryk University in 2017. I am interested in lights and shadows of reliefs and space which they make. I wanted to make the viewer confused that’s why I combined these reliefs with paintings at the final exhibition. Motifs are inspired by different architectural details and technical elements which I saw in the city. In my work, I try to change these motifs into abstraction. Paper reliefs are made from paper by using a scalpel. The size of one relief is 30 x 21 cm.
